Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 7 days from the date of receiving jewellery and after intimating us the physical jewelry should be received within 14 working days. If you exceed the duration mentioned above, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards, Vouchers and Customized Jewellery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us by email at hello@solitairejewels.com or WhatsApp us at: +971582572569 to get a return voucher number, and then courier the jewellery along with the copy of invoice.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was provided. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

We recommend returns to be sent by FedEx, or in person to our office in Dubai. 

Returns must be in unused condition with all the original packaging including all  jewellery tags and boxes. For future purchases, please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR GOODS RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If any defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop #124, Building #5, Gold and Diamond Park, Sh. Zayed Road, Dubai, P.O. Box – 282657 UAE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
