Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 15 days from the date of the purchase for a refund. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards and vouchers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was provided. It must be in the original packaging, as well. We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We recommend returns be sent by FedEx, or in person to our office in Dubai. 

Returns must be in unused condition with all the original packaging including all  jewellery tags and boxes. For future purchases, please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR GOODS RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.

All orders will need to be signed for receiving.


Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop #124, Building #5, Gold and Diamond Park, Sh. Zayed Road, Dubai, P.O. Box – 282657 UAE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
