- How do I place an order on the Solitaire Jewels website?
First, create an account on the site. Click on the product you wish to buy, which will open a new product page where you can choose the size and quantity of the product. Then you can click "add to cart." You will then be redirected to the check-out page where you can select the payment method to purchase.
- How do I search a specific item?
Using the search bar on the top of the page, you will be able to search by product name and description. If you are unable to locate the item you are looking for, please contact our team.
- How do I know my jewelry and ring size?
If you’re searching for your ring size, click size guide to find out.
- How will I know if Solitaire Jewels confirmed my order?
Once you place the order on the website, You can check the status of it in your profile under your orders. Alternately you will also get an email stating the order confirmation.
- What Payment method does Solitaire Jewels accept for Online Orders?
We accept Payments via Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (ONLY IN UAE). However, we do not accept cheques.
- To place an international order should I pay customs duty to Solitaire Jewels or to Fedex?
When you place a global order, we'll ship it to you. Once the package arrives in your country, the Shipping Company can contact you to collect any duties. Shipping is completed via FedEx International Priority and frequently takes 4 to 7 working days.
- How I can track my order?
A tracking number will be generated and you will receive an email. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order on the link provided. Alternatively, you can contact the customer support team from 10 am - 6 pm on our UAE contact number +971 4 321 4121or email us at hello@solitairejewels.com to get more information about your order.
- How can I get Discounts?
Check the homepage for the link of 'ON SALE" products. Also, You can receive E-mails about Special Offers and Promotions by subscribing to THE SOLITAIRE CLUB
- How do I enter coupon code?
When you add a product to your shopping bag and proceed to check out, you will see the Gift Card / Voucher field on the payment method page. Please enter the code before you make the payment and make sure the discount has been applied. Discounts cannot be applied after placing an order.
- What should I do if I want to change my order?

- What is the return policy?
We offer a 15 day return policy. The policy is valid only if the Item has not been worn and does not give any indications of utilization, including scratches, gouges, stains or some other defects. We do offer full refunds on eligible returns.
- How can I update my account?
Once signed in, you will be able to access your account details by clicking on your login page. You will see an 'Edit Address' tab, click on the tab and update your details.
- Will my personal information will be confidential?
Information you provide to us via our Website is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions carried out through our Website will be encrypted using SSL. Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees. However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any Website passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential. - Is there any way to design my own jewellery?
Yes, you can design your own jewellery by uploading the pictures and add details about the desired design you wish to buy. Solitaire Jewels has a team of designers and skilled workers who specializes in custom design, and can create the jewelry piece you desire. - How will I pay if it’s a custom order?
You can order for custom design jewelry by paying 50 % down payment via card or an online bank transfer to our company bank details provided upon request. We will keep you updated about the progress of design and once the jewelry is ready, we will inform you and you can pay the remaining balance. We will deliver it to you or you could come and try your jewellery and collect it.
- Do you have a retail store?
Solitaire Jewels has a retail location in UAE at Gold and Diamond Park, Office 124, Building 5, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We’d love to meet you there.
- Do you provide Lifetime warranty?
Lifetime warranty guarantees that we will service your product free of charge for a lifetime in case of any manufacturer's defect. Please read our Return Policy for more detailed information.
- Will you provide Diamond Certificate?
All Solitaires above 1Ct. are certified by globally well-known Diamond Laboratory. We provide the certificate along with the bill and jewellery at the time of delivery.
- Are all your Diamonds Natural or Lab Grown Diamonds?
We do only natural diamond jewellery.
